Microsoft Outlook’s new Priority view makes inboxes smarter

Outlook for iOS and Android will soon include Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant, which can automatically flag your most important emails. The new feature, called Priority view, sorts your inbox into two categories: High Priority and Needs Replies.
This means when you open Outlook on your phone, the messages that truly matter will stand out instantly.

Microsoft plans to roll this feature out gradually, with full availability expected by late 2025. It’s worth noting that Priority view will only be available to businesses using Microsoft 365 with a Copilot licence, as Copilot is a paid add-on.
